Epoxy-micapaper-glasscloth-PETP film combination
Composition: Calmicaflex PE2 (I) is a four-ply insulating material consisting of glass cloth as a carrier, mica paper impregnated with a flexible epoxy resin and a PETP film on both sides of the tape.
Calmicaflex PE2 (I) is a highly flexible insulating tape compatible with epoxy and polyester resin systems. It remains to some extent flexible after curing.
Calmicaflex PE2 (I) is specially suitable for the taping of the overhangs and connections of low and high voltage machine coils which have small bends.
